Job Description:

Provide professional administrative support on a wide variety of project assignments. Provides overall coordination of projects to assure completion within budgetary, space and time limits in order to enhance the overall operation of the organization. Uses professional project coordination concepts and job skills to resolve problems of moderate scope and complexity; coordinates and completes varied projects, exercising judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. A minimum of five years of related administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an intermediate level professional project management position requiring a minimum of two years of professional project management experience applying acquired job skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software, with ability and desire to learn new programs; detail-oriented and accurate, with the ability to prioritize information in a timely manner; strong communicator in verbal, written and listening situations.
