  • This job is a member of the Loyalty Team within the Revenue Management Division. Your work will impact millions of AAdvantage® members every year, and you will create the strategies to enhance and evolve the AAdvantage® program.

What you'll do

  • Design AAdvantage® program strategy to ensure AAdvantage® is the leading travel rewards program in the industry

  • Produce strong business cases through effective, creative, and data-validated narratives

  • Collaborate and lead cross-functionally with teams such as Loyalty, AAdvantage® Customer Service, Revenue Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Commercial Planning & Analysis, Premium Guest Services, Operations, and third-party vendors

  • Evaluate all aspects of the AAdvantage® program to determine revenue, benefits, currency, and engagement opportunities and works with stakeholders to prioritize relevant projects

  • Analyze customer and transaction data from multiple sources to evaluate strategic opportunities and inform decisions

  • Apply advanced analytics and modeling to support strategic initiatives via partnership with Commercial Planning & Analysis

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent experience/training

  • 3 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Masters of Business Administration

  • Previous loyalty marketing, CRM, insights, customer behavioral sciences experience

  • Strategy experience in customer focused companies/industries

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Exceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindset

  • Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives

  • Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python, r, and Tableau knowledge preferred

  • Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities

  • Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organization
