Our Specialist Leaders are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.

Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.

People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

The T eam

Our Finance & Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 8+ years' EPM experience implementing Anaplan as well as one or more of the following technologies: Oracle ePB, OneStream.

  • 10+ years' of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • 4+ years' experience overseeing multiple project teams, experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)

  • Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

    PREFERRED Qualifications:

  • Proven skills as a project manager with deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes; a proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines and/or multiple full life cycle implementations.

  • Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Demonstrated sales experience.

  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment, possessing integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead teams and own deliverables ; adept at implementing technology-enabled business

  • solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team; sense of responsibility to self, team, and client; Commitment to personal and professional growth; willingness to mentor junior staff

  • Ability to work, build consensus and foster change in an ambiguous environment.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Compensation for this role is based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $167,000 to $278,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on numerous factors, including, without limitation, individual, and organizational performance.
