Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

Highly skilled, hands-on technical architect with detailed understanding Content Management Systems and experience implementing large scale content management infrastructures and other marketing technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build, integrate and manage scalable and performant large enterprise CMS based marketing websites and applications.

  • Combine CMS solutions with other marketing technologies like personalization, asset management, search, and analytics, SEO etc.

  • Translate business objectives and lead requirements gathering & design sessions to craft elegant CMS solutions

  • Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integration, and data migration for CMS implementations.

  • Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers through coaching and mentorship

  • Work on the overall solution engaging with other architecture colleagues on UI, API and service level with logic workflow, integration strategy and technical blueprint.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders, including business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.

  • Lead Proof-Of-Concepts and Spike Solutions and provide "Reference Architectures" and "Baseline Implementations" when appropriate.

  • Communicate and present solution to business partners and leadership and align engineering team on solution technical blueprint.

  • Evaluation of new technologies, vendors, and hands on POCs on new or emerging technologies

  • Ensure all Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. performance, availability and fail-over, scalability, security, etc.) are properly articulated, and work with all parties to guarantee that the software products that are delivered meet these objectives.

  • Oversee the programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated devices, working closely with cross functional team both onshore and offshore.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's' Degree and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on enterprise level application development experience using CMS like OWCS, Adobe Experience manager or any other CMS platform.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on Web technologies such as CSS, HTML5, TypeScript, CSS pre-processors, Typescript and Objected oriented JavaScript.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing or architecting Web Application framework with NodeJS, Spring Boot, Java, React JS or AngularJS.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with API, microservices, caching, web component and web security.

  • Experience with responsive, adaptive UI design and development.

  • Extensive experience with Headless, Hybrid and HeadOn CMS architectures.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Deep experience in APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Experience using CDN to deliver content.

  • Experience and exposure to technologies related to content targeting and personalization, content search, analytics and SEO

  • Deep Agile expertise

  • Critical thinking and creativity

  • Experience building and deploying application on Cloud platforms

  • Working knowledge of API gateways.

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
