* Contract position for 12+ month; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

* The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX

Business Systems Analyst :

• Gather and analyze requirements for the Commercial Lending Platform Modernization project

• Perform use case modeling and create use case specifications

• Work with workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Flowable and Camunda

• Create visual representations of complex business processes

• Understand and implement SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and compliance requirements

• Develop business technology roadmap artifacts

• Conduct manual and automated software testing using various tools

• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements

• Contribute to the development and optimization of credit decisioning processes

  Qualifications :

• Strong background in banking / finance, ideally in lending domain, with understanding of market conditions and credit decisioning

• Proficiency in use case modeling and specification techniques

• Experience with Business Process Management ( BPM ) tools, particularly Flowable and/or Camunda

• Familiarity with credit decisioning engines

• Experience with Business Rules Management Systems ( BRMS ) / Business Rules engines and decision management platforms like Drools

• Knowledge of SOX compliance, compliance reporting and regulatory requirements in the banking sector

• Experience with manual and automated testing and tools for test automation ( Selenium, Cucumber ), API Testing ( SOAP UI, OpenAPI 3.0 ), monitoring and analysis ( Splunk or similar ), project management ( Jira )
