Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination of client presence. Provide general marketing and sales support.

  • Represent client through outstanding customer service to the customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining professional presentation standards. Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all partner stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Compile and present feedback on processes, identify opportunities, and suggest improvements.

  • Assist in the development and data entry of contact database and other sales tools.

  • Submit reports within 24 hours of conducting activities on web-based reporting system.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience required;Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in Direct or Assisted Sales Experience and/or event marketing experience (set-up, execution, coordination)

  • Demonstrate strong and effective selling skills; Ability to make oral presentations

  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports

  • Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in Direct or Assisted Sales Experience and/or event marketing experience (set-up, execution, coordination)

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Extremely organized and have extraordinary time management skills

  • Demonstrate strong and effective selling skills

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with managers, Sales Associates and others in the industry

  • Developed interpersonal skills to be able to initiate dialogue and engage sales personnel and consumers

  • Must be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in schedule based on the needs of the Client

  • Working knowledge of basic consumer audio/video setups and operations highly desired

  • Working knowledge of the satellite and cable television industry and technology highly desired

  • Working and proficient knowledge of MS Office suite

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment

  • Ability to make oral presentations

  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports

  • Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Administrative Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
