The Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for the operational support of a client, including responsibility for reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other adhoc requests. The Sr. Operations Coordinator will lead standardized report design, automation and data administration. They will leverage business and market relevant information to make data-driven decisions that allow Mosaic to achieve its sales and marketing objectives and quickly adapt tactics. They will play a key role in evolving and growing the data-driven discipline within our team and contribute to our shared success.

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred

  • 5 years office administration experience

  • Food Broker experience is preferred

  • Prior supervisor experience in sales administration with a food manufacturer is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and administrative skills. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to make an effective and professional presentation.

  • Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with others. Must beable to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier, shredder, paper cutter and postage machine.

  • Must have prior successful experience utilizing a variety of PC software packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus, Harvard Graphics, Windows, and DOS.Physical Requirements:

  • Listening QUALIFICATIONS Essential Functions of this Position (list in order of most important to least important):

  1. Work with leaders to build and maintain field and client performance measurement tools (scorecard, reports, key performance indicators, etc.) using advanced IT technology such as PowerBI, SQL,Python, and Google Cloud

  2. Collect, inspect, cleanse, and transform complex data sets

  3. Manage data management systems, online set-up of surveys, scheduling, ensuring all operational tasks are executed

  4. Compile and analyze weekly program results; utilize information to make recommendations that drive results on the program

  5. Consolidate and streamline processes to ensure maximum efficiencies are realized

  6. Remain informed on latest data trends, practice and process

  7. Self-diagnosing issues and formulating solutions

  8. Other duties as assigned Qualifications - External Minimum Education Requirements:

  9. A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, STEM, orrelated quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

  10. 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

  11. Experience in cleaning, transforming, and visualizing large data sets using software

  12. Intermediate SQL knowledge

  13. Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed

  14. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail,project coordination skills, and prioritization of tasks. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  15. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with peers and leadership both internally and externally

  16. Professional attitude working in an office environment

  17. Must have previous data blending, data reporting and analysis experience with strong use of Excel and Power BI at an advanced to expert level; including working knowledge of simple and complex formulas, pivot tables, measures, and visualizations

  18. Ability to execute standard measurement strategies within a project

  19. Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to disseminate insight from large datasets

  20. Meet tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  21. Develop understanding of all areas of Mosaic business to find new opportunities for Operations
