Description

o Conduct detailed analysis of labor costs, technician productivity, and labor margins specific to collision repair processes.

o Use data analysis tools, such as PowerBI and SQL, to track and visualize workforce expenditures, including wages, benefits, overtime, and headcount.

o Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve labor efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability in repair shops.

• Workforce Planning & Strategy:

o Collaborate with HR to develop workforce strategies that align with financial goals, focusing on staffing levels, technician compensation, and retention.

o Utilize SQL to pull data for workforce modeling and scenario analysis to inform decisions on headcount, compensation, and workforce restructuring.

o Use PowerBI to create visual reports and dashboards that track workforce performance and labor costs, supporting HR in making data-driven decisions.
