FirstService Residential Director of Marketing in Dallas, Texas
Job Overview:
The Director of Marketing, Texas Region plays a pivotal role in driving local marketing across the region. This role will partner with the lead generation team to drive growth marketing and work with their team to execute marketing strategies across a variety of integrated marketing tactics. The director will develop important relationships with market leaders and the regional vice president of sales to ensure alignment across marketing and sales and they will be key to driving impact and engagement across the region. The director manages a team of marketers supporting the Texas Region and will be responsible for coaching and developing the team.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead local marketing efforts for the Texas Region, establishing relationships with stakeholders across the region to support and balance global marketing plans and local marketing execution
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing, West & Texas to execute the marketing plans that are designed to achieve growth across the region in partnership with the lead generation, content and creative and strategic communications leaders
Collaborate with and brief the lead generation team – campaigns and website content - to drive growth campaigns across their region, including vertical campaigns, local campaigns and geo-targeting leveraging regional and market level insights
Develop local advertising plans and work their team and regional creative team for execution (print ads, OOH, industry opportunities, etc.)
Partner with Regional Vice President of Sales for their region, driving marketing efforts and alignment between sales and marketing through monthly meetings, pursuit plans and execution and act as a liaison between regional sales and the lead generation team
Lead all regional and market event and sponsorship activity (external facing) including both the event plan and the promotional plans, briefing creative and content with the local team, briefing the lead generation team for registration and invitation execution, lead webinars and provide stakeholders with all needed materials and collateral for in-person
- Provide leadership and support for internal events i.e. Culture Club
- Collaborate with the Manager, Content & Communications on internal communications including presentation and collateral development for market level meetings i.e. townhalls, major announcements, and events
Develop and lead execution on internal associate referral programs and online reputation programs (i.e. Simply Ask) across their region and in collaboration with the other directors to leverage proven tactics
Analyze marketing tactics’ performance and present insights to stakeholders in partnership with the VP Marketing and the support of the lead generation team
Manage regional and local marketing budgets in partnership with the VP Marketing including reporting and invoice management
Coach and develop their team to become best-in-class marketers and supervise marketing execution at the market level
Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of effective marketing and communications strategies
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation and editing skills
- Ability to establish a solid working relationship with senior level management, the Business Development team and Operations team
- Strong project management and time management skills, ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
- Collaborative attitude and team player
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach toward change

Compensation: $90000 / year
