Topgolf F&B Inventory Systems Analyst in Dallas, Texas
The TE F&B Inventory Systems Analyst is responsible for maintenance and support of our Crunchtime Information Systems database, which controls the Topgolf food, beverage, and retail item costs. This role is responsible for supporting our Playmakers on the Crunchtime software products – Enterprise Manager and Net Chef. This Playmaker will act as the Crunchtime expert and will provide support to Playmakers of all levels, at the corporate offices as well as our Topgolf venues.
Job Responsibilities
Support Topgolf venues with areas including, but not limited to adding new products and recipes, entering, and updating new and changed vendor information, managing vendor order guides, and setting up new locations and users in the system. . (40% Time)
Support Topgolf venues with areas including, but not limited to adding new products and recipes, entering, and updating new and changed vendor information, managing vendor order guides, and setting up new locations and users in the system. (30% Time)
Work directly with internal Crunchtime Help Desk and Operations to field questions and support end users. (15% Time)
Assist with developing Topgolf standard Crunchtime training materials that will be kept up to date as new features are added and Topgolf SOP’s change . (5% Time)
Work with Crunchtime team members to ensure that the Crunchtime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (Point of Sale, Accounting Systems) (5% Time)
Evaluate the new release versions of the software, request upgrades, and test all new features for implementation into Topgolf use of Crunchtime. (5% Time)
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
Prior experience with Hospitality software experience preferred (POS Systems, Back-Office Systems)
Prior training experience
Understanding of restaurant operations and accounting methodologies
Communication expert with the ability to convey inventory or financial information, both verbal and written to a wide range of audiences
Ability to construct training materials.
Excellent oral and writing communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Ability to work within a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with minimal supervision, ability to juggle multiple tasks while adapting quickly, and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives.
