The Finance Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Dean’s Financial Team to support the financial operations for the Jindal School of Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing intermediate-level professional financial management and analysis of internal and external data, and various department process support.

The ideal candidate is:

a self-starter, someone who is detail oriented; can meet deadline-oriented tasks, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience monitoring budgets or an interest in learning. Should be organized with strong analytical skills, and able to respond to shifting priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and four years of general office, accounting or business related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently, including task coordination and decision-making, as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in advanced functions of the full Microsoft Office Suite, emphasizing Microsoft Excel.
