Topgolf Global Supply Chain Program Manager, Demand Planning in Dallas, Texas

As a Global Supply Chain Program Manager, this Demand Planning role will be responsible for building and administering the monthly Inventory Supply & Demand Planning process in accordance with business strategies & priorities. This role will also ensure the right purchasing methods & processes are in place to ensure continuous inventory availability on time, to meet forecasted demand. You will also serve as the main point of contact for purchasing source data and will be responsible for all purchasing activity & process implementation utilizing SAP systems for the respective categories across the Topgolf Business to ensure efficiency & enable growth.

Job Functions:

• Responsible for updating & maintaining purchasing forecast projections derived from S&OP across multiple regions to drive purchasing decision timely, efficiently and on time.

• Responsible for proactively managing inventory levels across multiple international warehouses to ensure minimum par levels are maintained and stock available to meet projected growth forecasted demand.

• Drive transformation & change management through consistent development & optimization of and reporting related to Inventory Supply & Demand Planning (S&OP).

• Highlight & drive resolution to planning road blocks associated with compiling the Inventory Supply & Demand planning including: excess & shortage to inventory targets; gaps between roadmap strategy, market demands, product lifecycle management, and deliverable supply/inventory implementation.

• Evaluate selected suppliers, conducts vendor performance and financial analysis to make informed decisions. working with internal stakeholders and vendors through global, regional, and local sourcing strategies.

• Identify process inefficiencies/conflicts and collaborate with GSC Leadership to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps.

• Responsible for scheduling Inventory Supply and Demand Planning program agenda and ensure publishment of pre-defined documentation related to the global, cross functional meetings

• Serves as locally based point of contact for Supply Chain to bridge the gaps between identified inefficiencies, data support, communications and alignment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree Required - Education degree in an analytical field (ex. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance)

• 4+ years Procurement/Supply Chain Experience

• 3+ years International Purchasing & Sourcing

• 3+ years Creating & Maintaining reporting & analytics to inform decision making

• 2+ years Experience & knowledge in MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials requirements planning, item master, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analytics preferred

• 4+ years SAP S/4 or SAP ECC Experience – PTP & MRP Preferably

• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.

• Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Articulate Insights From Analysis

• Passion to use data to solve complex supply chain problems and to use innovation developing world-class business intelligence solutions

• Excellent Communication Skills– Written & Oral

• Ability to multi task and own time appropriately

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with analytical thinking
