WestRock Company Graphics Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, the Reconciliation Auditor is responsible for maintaining sequential integrity according to job specifications

This position is located onsite at the Dallas, TX Plant.

How you will impact WestRock:

Once Central Planning releases a job via email, The Graphic Coordinator will do the following:

  • Print job ticket and all accompanying documents (production layout, Phoenix layout from Central Planning, CAD 1up, TOPS Sheet).

  • Carefully check all aspects of the job ticket to ensure everything matches with the long description from the Sales Order.

  • Ensure the production narrative and long description both include ink formula numbers.

  • Check Sales Order to confirm proper color match (must be included in the production narrative).

  • Ensure the pack out information on the job ticket matches the TOPS sheet.

  • Manually calculate sheet count for accuracy.

  • Ensure the proper CAD is being used on the job ticket.

  • Verify correct stock is being used.

  • Verify there is an EPP in the long description.

  • Compare production layout to Phoenix layout to confirm they match.

  • Verify that all the necessary production steps are include on the job ticket.

  • Make all necessary changes and additions in Radius.

  • Print updated job ticket. Place job ticket and accompanying document in job pouch and turn into EPP Library.

  • Additional Functions

  • Create TOPS sheets at the request of CSR.

  • Order all new and existing foil stamp and emboss dies as needed.

  • Create Outsource Purchase Orders as needed.

  • Attend all New Product Information meeting and complete Planning section of NPI form

  • Obtain pricing when the production schedule dictates sending work to an outside vendor.

  • Print die vinyls for foil stamping from Web Center emails.

  • Reprint and redistribute job tickets when a change has been made.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.

  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
