Description We are seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be managing and processing legal documents, maintaining case management systems, and facilitating effective client relations. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing a dynamic work environment in the legal sector.

Responsibilities:

• Process and organize legal documents with precision and diligence.

• Maintain and manage case management software to keep track of all cases and legal proceedings.

• Utilize Aderant for effective case management and process optimization.

• Implement Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing purposes.

• Use Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for property registration tasks.

• Handle CompuLaw for effective calendar management and docketing.

• Oversee billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Administer claims and keep track of claim statuses.

• Establish and maintain exemplary client relations, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Uphold clear and effective communication within the team and with clients. Requirements

• Experience in using Case Management Software

• Knowledge of CompuLaw is essential

• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently

• Skills in Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Strong Client Relations skills

• Excellent Communication abilities.
