JOB TITLE: Lead Manager Product Management & Development

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202 [and various work locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: AT&T Services, Inc., is seeking a Lead Manager Product Management & Development in Dallas, TX [and various work locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to research, design, plan, develop and evaluate new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design. Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Define market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality. Prepare and presents business cases for new products and services. Partner with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. Create product roadmap and project plan. Manage budget, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding. Work on complex products or product lines. Align across teams (User Experience, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Tier-1/2 support) to facilitate and lead product development. Review business requirements and map to user needs by identifying MVP vs non-MVP and help map these to functional and technical design documents. Publish timely reports/updates on roadmaps, key milestones, product metrics, user behavior and VOC insights. the wire-framing and prototyping efforts with UX team utilizing Sketch, Json, Jira, and Webservice. Implement clickstream tags to effectively measure the success metrics of the feature using Sketch, Confluence, and Adobe tools.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 Years of experience in the job offered or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation leading the wire-framing and prototyping efforts with UX team utilizing Sketch, Json, Jira, and Webservice; implementing clickstream tags to effectively measure the success metrics of the feature using Sketch, Confluence, and Adobe tools; and partnering with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment.

Our Lead Manager Product Management & Developments earn between $161,096 - $231,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
