Summary:

Are you ready to lead the charge in innovative wireless product marketing? AT&T is on the lookout for a talented Lead Product Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and implementing launch strategies for our wireless products and services within the AT&T Business portfolio. As the product marketing owner, you will oversee the product lifecycle, from multi-year planning to execution, ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing and corporate strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product success.

  • Analyze internal metrics and external market conditions to optimize product positioning and features.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing deliverables and present strategic insights to leadership.

  • Provide ongoing product management to achieve financial objectives, including revenue, sales volumes, and profitability.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the telecom industry or a marketing agency.

  • Expertise in marketing brief writing, strategic planning, and execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced professionals.

  • Proficiency in navigating large, complex organizational structures and collaborating with diverse internal and external partners.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of engaging with peer teams and leadership at all levels.

  • A proven track record of achieving product performance and market share objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, change management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with successful MRM (Workfront) implementation - Preferred

  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within large organizations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

  • Experience in developing personas and utilizing them for strategic initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location : Dallas, TX (Must be able to work out of our office location 5 days per week)

Our Lead Product Marketing Manager earns between $143,800 - $215,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
