AT&T Lead Product Marketing in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

Design, develop and implement customer lifecycle, growth and retention programs for products and services within the AT&T features portfolio.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of a group of products across the customer lifecycle.

  • Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies to retain existing customers and deepen customer relationships.

  • Manages how campaigns come to life for the existing customer base, including coordinating messaging, segmentation, reach and results across all tactics.

  • Goals include upgrading and retaining products across the AT&T features portfolio.

  • Strategically identifies target audiences through segmentation to create effective marketing campaigns.

  • Responsible for ensuring marketing efforts are directed towards the right audience, maximizing the impact and efficiency of campaigns.

  • Conducts multi-year product plans to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.

  • Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g. financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters to position, modify features and identify new uses for the product.

  • Provides continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives.

  • Accountable for revenue attainment and profitability.

  • Leads cross functional teams in presentation and resolution of marketing deliverables as needed.

  • Provides readout to leadership level regarding products and plans as assigned.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Planner)

  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of product development life cycle.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Strong attention to details

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Our Lead Product Marketing Managers earn between $143,800 - $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
