Robert Half Leasing Agent in Dallas, Texas

Description We are seeking a Leasing Agent based in Dallas, Texas, to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be instrumental in building relationships with prospective residents, guiding tours, and managing applications. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing process.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective residents to understand their preferences

• Conduct tours of the property, accurately representing our brand, resident events, and amenities

• Use Salesforce and Entrata software systems to efficiently respond to new leads and convert them into opportunities

• Negotiate leasing terms and guide the application process within appropriate time frames

• Process application requirements such as lease documents, screenings, credit checks, application fees, and other charges

• Regularly conduct building and unit walkthroughs to ensure the upkeep of all spaces and provide feedback to property management and maintenance departments

• Maximize the use of software systems for tasks and follow-up efforts

• Consistently track monthly records of new leases

• Review ILS sites and website for listing accuracy

• Run daily reporting, such as availability, to ensure an accurate, up-to-date status of all units.

The Leasing Agent will need to be proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, B2B Sales, Business sales, and Salesforce Administration. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role in the real estate industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing

• Strong skills in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Experience in B2B Sales and Business sales

• Salesforce Administration skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Knowledge of real estate laws and leasing procedures

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
