SUMMARY

In this new role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies, including SEO copywriting and CMS publishing. As Content Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Performance Marketing and AVP of Digital Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Marketing:

  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns, and publish in Jonah, WordPress, Contentstack, and other content management systems as necessitated by our partners.
  • Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and timely delivery.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our audience by creating content that resonates with their unique interests.
  • Lead Generation: Implement content-driven lead generation campaigns and collaborate with operators marketing/sales teams to leads into customers.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and manage workflows to optimize customer journeys across all channels, including email.

TRAVEL

Some planned and pre-scheduled overnight travel will be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, including web publishing and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress and Contentstack required; additional CMS experience preferred), SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.
  • General knowledge of paid media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
