Topgolf Manager, Office Experience in Dallas, Texas

Job Summary:

The Office Operations Manager is an ambassador of the Topgolf experience for our Dallas Office Playmakers. This role contributes to the many aspects that make Topgolf an award-winning culture including innovative office support and event planning. This position will coordinate office operations and procedures and ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks while demonstrating exceptional guest service and teamwork.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Leads effective operations of the Dallas Office and supervises Office Coordinator. Ensures efficient execution of offices processes to include mail room and package flow, badge and visitor management, supply and refreshment and snack inventories. Manage multiple budgets.

  • Plan office and out of office events that are designed to cultivate the Topgolf culture and demonstrate our core values. Develop and execute event logistics, vendor selection, contract coordination and budget management for medium and large scale events for Dallas Playmakers.

  • Serve a liaison with building management and oversee office maintenance and repair. Maintain office seating chart and space planning, and provide support to multiple departments in the Dallas Office.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 4+ Years Office Management and Event Planning Experience

  • A strong desire to take initiative and demonstrate the Topgolf Core Values

  • Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude

  • Proficient in computer software, including MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing

  • Highly organized and planful with time management

  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast growth organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must display reliable and punctual in attendance

  • 10% Occasional travel in DFW market for shopping, venue selections for large events.
