Fujitsu Oracle Cloud Architect/Solution Architect (CoE and Presales) in Dallas, Texas

Role and Responsibilities

A Leadership role in a Director/ Sr. Manager position and suits an experienced Oracle professional with a strong track record in architecting and delivering Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. We are looking for someone eager to build a reputation for success within our large, passionate organization.

As a COE Solution Architect, you will lead Oracle engagements end-to-end, providing thought leadership and governance for consulting initiatives. The architect will align solutions with best practices while considering constraints such as goals, budgets, and timelines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, client demos, workshops, RFP responses, and presentations, showcasing the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs, define technical requirements, and tailor Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to meet client objectives.

  • Design solution architectures that align with customer needs, ensuring that proposals are feasible, scalable, and align with Oracle best practices.

  • Develop COE strategies that ensure continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with Oracle’s latest Fusion Cloud offerings.

  • Act as the organization’s subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Fusion Cloud, providing guidance and support to project teams, clients, and partners.

  • Enhance Fujitsu’s Oracle Fusion competency, including resource training, best practices development, and knowledge management.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including Oracle teams, partners, and customers.

  • Participate in high-impact customer engagements to establish the organization as a trusted Oracle Fusion Cloud partner and thought leader.

  • Monitor trends in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and the broader cloud ERP landscape to drive strategic innovation and solution offerings.

  • Author white papers, blogs, and case studies, and represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our Oracle Fusion expertise.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, cultivating a strong pipeline of Oracle Fusion talent.

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by defining role requirements and participating in hiring processes.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong pre-sales expertise and mastery of the sales process.

  • Required prior pre-sales experience with an Oracle partner or Oracle itself.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

  • Proven ability to connect with both C-level executives and Oracle ecosystem stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Architecture experience, with at least 3 years focused on pre-sales.

  • 15+ years of Oracle R12 EBS experience in architecture, design, and development.

  • Experience developing Oracle solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.

  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and financial modules within Oracle.

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion setup and implementation processes.

  • In-depth understanding of Oracle integration architecture solution design using OIC, between Oracle fusion modules OR between Oracle fusion and Oracle R12 EBS and/or Non-Oracle Systems.

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

  • At least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud as a lead architect.

  • Enterprise service management implementation experience.

  • Experience with ITIL practices or certification is a plus.

Certifications and Competencies:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong presentation development skills for customer engagements.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.
