ESM- Modern Work Practice – PA2 Intune, AVD, and Defender
The Practice Architect 2 position is a fully remote leadership position in the organization responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects. The Practice Architect II provides billable consulting and delivery services for clients through a range of internal and external functions in the following areas: presales assistance, consulting, advisory, and technical service delivery to enterprise clients.
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft modern end-point technologist to join our team as a certified Microsoft Solution Partner in Modern Work in a rapidly growing team full of opportunity. As a certified expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end point solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on Microsoft Cloud Endpoint Modernization and security and compliance, focusing on Windows 11, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365/Cloud PC and Microsoft Defender for M365.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their modern on-prem and cloud endpoint needs, business processes, and technical requirements.
• Design, architect, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for large and complex client engagements for end point deployment & management, operating system and integrated hardware & software solutions as a service.
• Provide consulting and solution architecture for end-to-end device management for mobile devices including cell phones, BYOD policies and governance.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Proactively stay up to date with Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap specifically on Windows 11, Intune, Windows 365/Cloud PC, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Defender.
• Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 per year.
• Limited travel to client sites may be required.
Qualification Must Have’s:
• Microsoft Certifications – must have at least one current Microsoft certification related to end point management and be willing to obtain one additional cert per year. Be able to provide URL to active Microsoft certifications prior to interview.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, working directly with clients.
• Deep technical expertise in modern endpoint technologies and best practices, including Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and CloudPC/Windows365/Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Automation and PowerShell scripting experience.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, thorough, and proven track record of successful project delivery with both high peer feedback for teamwork and consistently high customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.

Nice to Haves:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $190000.00
