Job Description

The Procurement Analyst position will provide support to the Global Procurement team including negotiation, execution and management of third-party supplier contracts. In addition, they will help implement improvements to Procurement processes and tools.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drafting, redlining, evaluating, and negotiating contract terms and conditions for technology contracts (Software/SaaS, Professional Service Agreements, Consultant Agreements, Managed Services, etc.)

  • Ensuring contractual standards are met

  • Building productive internal / external relationships

  • Interacting effectively with internal stakeholders and Suppliers

  • Negotiating price and terms with Suppliers

  • Implementing process and tool improvements

Preferred Education and Skills

  • Junior or Senior obtaining undergraduate degree

  • Desire to learn Contract Management skills - drafting, evaluating, redlining, and negotiating contract terms and conditions

  • Ability to understand and write language that is clear, concise, and conveys intended meaning

  • Desire to learn negotiation skills

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

  • Ability to work effectively with peers around the world and across multiple cross-functional departments (legal, data privacy, risk & security, etc.)

  • Works openly and collaboratively

  • Outstanding skills in MS Office suite
