Baylor Scott & White Health Project Manager Senior, Transformation Office/Strategy (Hybrid) in Dallas, Texas

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for monitoring and managing the activities of the transformation office focusing on enabling cross-functional collaboration, coordination, and delivery of transformation. This role will collaborate and partner closely with other departments to further BSWH’s customer centric transformation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

Develop project work plans and timelines with leadership to support the achievement of goals and objectives.

Support the day-to-day activities of the transformation office to achieve deliverables by completing appropriate tasks.

Monitor and track progress towards achievement of goals and objectives, and utilize tracking tools as appropriate.

Identify dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, and escalate to leadership for guidance.

Understand the existing infrastructure and operational processes to leverage for success.

Conduct analysis to problem solve with the team on specific issues by gathering and analyzing large amounts of information in a timely manner.

Support transformation office leadership in the engagement of key stakeholders and functions as needed.

Guide the development of reporting and review data for insights to drive change.

Structure complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged operational and business issues and work with the transformation team leadership to develop recommendations.

Communicate goal and objective progress to key stakeholders and leadership.

Understand interdependencies of the healthcare landscape and their influence on the goals and objectives.

Apply change management principles as required for sustained transformation.

-Demonstrated effective time management, facilitation, and project management skills.

-Advanced written and oral communication skills

-Highly organized

-Knowledge of agile principles

-Strong skills and knowledge of facilitation/presentation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and collaboration

-Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working with cross-functional teams

-Experience supporting large cross-functional organizational projects

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-Project Management Certification a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

  • EXPERIENCE - 7 Years of Experience

  • Preferences: Project Management Certification

  • On-site 3-4x a week
