The IOC Technology organization is responsible for applications that aid our business with planning and decision making that support the successful completion of flights for our customers. You will leverage your coordination and organization expertise and experience to support the IOC in keeping the operations running smoothly and making the best possible decisions to get our customers to their destinations as close to schedule as possible.
What you'll do
Tracking portfolio and program details, ensuring IOC technical leaders are kept informed and on schedule to facilitate successful and on-time delivery.
Management and oversight of budgeting and employee headcount.
Overseeing product status updates and related reporting.
Collaborating with your IOC technical leaders to ensure impediments are addressed and deliverables are on schedule.
Providing program and project management, as need, for IOC technical initiatives to facilitate successful and timely delivery.
Provide support for creation and maintenance of strategic plans to facilitate the vision and mission of the organization.
Coordination of team building events and activities to support culture and growth of the organization.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
3+ years of experience of program and project management for medium to large size initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Proven ability to handle multiple projects/work streams and demands efficiently
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Independent work ethic, inquisitive nature and history of challenging the status-quo
Exhibits a desire for continuous learning and sharing of new knowledge within the organization
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with business partners, technical teams and all levels of management
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
