We are looking for a technically skilled Property Accountant to join our growing team in Addison. This is a fully remote opportunity after 90 days of in office training. You must live in the Dallas Metroplex. In this role you will be responsible for high volume full cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. Previous property management or multi entity processing experience is required. If you are interested, please below!

Responsibilities

• Identifies and records income and expenses by accounting periods and follows accounting schedules by preparing accruals, prepaid schedules, or receivables schedules

• Prepares and reviews association financial statements, P&L variances, bank reconciliations.

• Prepares, reviews, and resolves banking issues.

• Processes bank account transfers.

• Supports management in the preparation of annual operating budgets.

• Reviews expense coding and approves invoices in the A/P system

• Conducts research on any outstanding or unexplained items.

• Prepares monthly cash flow forecasts.
