Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced postdoctoral researcher with background in materials science, or related fields.

Position will require extensively work on atomic layer deposition techniques, materials and electrical characterization using UHV tools, and cleanroom device fabrication related to nonvolatile memory devices, such as CeRAM, FeRAM, ReRAM, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in field directly related to research – Two (2) years of experience/expertise performing research relating to a specified field of study – Or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience totaling at least eight years.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • PhD in Materials Science and Engineering or Related field.

  • One year work-experiences after his/her PhD.

  • (co)Author with more than 5 papers

  • Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of ultra-high vacuum systems

  • Thin film deposition systems ( ALD , CVD , PVD , etc.) with surface physics and chemistry

  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing, fabrication, and characterization
