Your Role

We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through customer outreach. You'll play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, and qualifying leads for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales teams to develop andimplement effective prospect communications.

• Initiatediscussions with key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts with a focus ontheir specific business needs.

• Generate qualifiedleads and schedule sales appointments to increase business closing rates byproviding sales with well qualified, ready-to-engage leads.

• Utilize coldcalling and/or lead generation experience to engage with a high daily volume ofpotential clients.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum 2+ years of experience within road logistics and business development.

• Exceptional organizational,prioritization, and time management skills.

• Results-oriented with a strongcommitment to customer satisfaction.

• Positive attitude with excellentproblem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and writtencommunication skills.

• Professional demeanor with strongactive listening skills.

• Strong critical-thinking abilities;able to assess and evaluate information in real-time.

• Experience managing a high volume ofinbound leads.

• Familiarity with industries such asRetail, Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Chemicals is a plus.
