They are seeking skilled Java developers to join an Agile development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain critical software applications that power operations and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a passion for building scalable systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with Spring Framework, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in databases, including SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Optimize and maintain existing systems, ensuring performance and reliability.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing support as needed.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
