Summary

Leads the strategic planning of activities and operations of an event team on targeted assigned accounts as part of the overall event team. Directs all functions of assigned event team at the branch and corporate level. Processes complex requirements, inquiries and/or complaints for specific client / account. Provides consistency in operational planning and delivery on assigned Corporate Account event Customer. Team members perform specialized tasks at varying levels of complexity and volume, based on progressive levels of expertise and experience.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operational expert for dedicated accounts, accounts typically would have multiple challenging events annually.

• Works to client and internal budgets finding efficiencies, maintaining Freeman standards and client expectations.

• Fully understands all internal specialties and services and coordinates operationally with account team.

• Acts as operations show site quality control and primary operations contact for account team and client.

• Performs other duties as needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in event industry roles

• 5+ years of experience performing similar duties or industry experience

• Knowledge of exhibitor and sponsorship programs is preferred

• Working knowledge of Freeman Digital tools, Grip, Lennd, Quant, or similar systems is preferred

• Advanced Computer and internal systems knowledge

• Advanced organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

• Advanced financial acumen, budgeting and cost containment.

• Advanced show site logistics and operational internal/ external knowledge, including venues

Travel Requirements

Travel 25% to 50%
