Are you looking for a long term opportunity with a company that truly cares about their people? We are seeking a sharp and enthusiastic Staff Accountant to join our team in Dallas. This is a hybrid position with 2 work from home days available after training. In this role, you will handle all GL accounting functions from journal entries, month end close duties, financial reporting/ analysis, and any additional ad hoc projects as needed. Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.

• Review and post journal entries, adjusting entries as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

• Maintain and update accounting records and systems.
