We are seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented Verification, Compliance, Conformance, IoT and System Test Engineers for 5G Radio Units (RU) to begin in the Spring of 2025. These roles will drive the planning and execution of test cases focused on RU functionality, RU performance, conformance, interoperability, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure thorough testing and validation of our products. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting test results to support compliance and quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
Develop comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, objectives, and methodologies for RU functionality, RU performance, conformance, interoperability, and E2E testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing requirements and ensure all scenarios are covered.
Design automated test systems
Test Execution:
Execute test cases according to established plans, ensuring thorough assessment of product functionality and interoperability.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the engineering team to implement solutions and improvements.
Identify, document, and track any defects or issues that arise during testing, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate testing efforts, share insights, and align on testing methodologies.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity on testing requirements and timelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
Generate detailed documentation of test results, including test case outcomes, defect reports, and recommendations for improvements.
Maintain accurate records of testing activities to support compliance and quality assurance processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry standards and advancements in testing methodologies, integrating best practices into testing processes.
Participate in retrospectives and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing, with a focus on conformance, interoperability, and system testing in the telecommunications or IoT domains.
Experience in automated test systems
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks relevant to conformance and system testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $100,000 to $159,940 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.

The pay range for this position is estimated at $117,950.00 to $188,720.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
