Job Title: International Tax Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Consultant with a strong technical knowledge in the area of International Tax, particularly the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand E&P calculation and the flow of E&P and various PTEP categories.

  • Comprehend the impact of Subpart F and GILTI on the overall tax return without performing the GILTI calculation.

  • Maintain a good understanding of the transition tax (Code Section 965).

  • Prepare Form 5471.

  • Utilize Excel for workpapers.

  • Use OneSource Income Tax software (OIT) – preferred but not required.

Essential Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge in International Tax, particularly TCJA.

  • Proficient in E&P calculation, Subpart F, GILTI, and transition tax (Code Section 965).

  • Strong computer skills in Excel.

  • Experience preparing Form 5471.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00
