OVERVIEW

The Sabre Treasury Team is looking for an energetic Summer Intern to join our team and become a valued member. Sabre Treasury is a multi-functional team within the overall Finance Department responsible for managing debt capital markets, global cash, corporate risk, and investor relations.

ROLES AND OPPORTUNITIES

  • Gain exposure to each of the Treasury functions by shadowing members of various functions.

  • Work through a real-world project related to streamlining the global cash forecasting process.

  • Understand the Cash Process

  • Cross-functional interactions with members of the Treasury and broader Finance Teams (including FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, Tax)

  • Modify and develop models for intake of data/forecasts from various partners

  • Incorporate input files into Treasury Forecasting Model

  • Implement recommendations to strengthen the overall cash forecasting program

  • Assist the Treasury Team on tasks as directed

  • Attend interactive forums with the Leadership Team as part of the Intern Program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, or equivalent major

  • Detail-oriented and ready to attack problems

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills
