The Warehouse Lead Supervisor ? SBE

is responsible for support for counting, ordering, receiving, and picking product. Processing shipments, checking daily all paperwork is processed in support of the warehouse operations and the Inventory manager. Services including package receipt, delivery, tracking, UPS packing and shipments. Maintain records including retention of documents, entering purchase orders, shipping documents etc. Assist in front line support with picking/packing and all tracking to include receipt, labeling and documenting.

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities.

? Assist Inventory manager with ordering, receiving, and picking products in warehouse operations.

? Receives incoming products from a variety of vendors and enters information into system.

? Ensures all product received is put away in a timely manner.

? Identify, tag and document product in warehouse to maintain pick accuracy and accurate inventory counts.

? Manages all outgoing shipments for UPS/Fedex

? Ensure daily items are completed to keep accurate inventory projections.

? Reports out daily key KPI?s to provide Insite to management.

? Reviews requests for receipt of goods; receives and follows up on requests.

? Ensures supplies/inventory are stocked at proper levels

? Assist in weekly inventory counts and reconciliation.

? Ensures all new products are setup correctly with unit of measure and assign a picking slot in lightspeed/warehouse.

? Assist with general maintenance duties as requested including moves, escorting vendors, conference room set ups etc.

? Maintain training requirements and all safety programs

? Maintain working knowledge of all SOP?s pertaining to this job function.

Qualifications

? 3-5 years of experience shipping/receiving supervisor

? Possess and maintain a valid driver?s license and good driving record

? Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

? Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

? Flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
