Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

Position Overview

This position is responsible for managing the operations of our Strategic accounts. They must ensure flawless execution is met on all new product launches and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the business . Ensuring that we are the easiest partner to do business with always . They will work in tandem with Sales from product innovation throughout the product life cycle through marketing communication and management of these accounts and their selected products. They are responsible for managing all pricing and customer service issues between customers, sales force , and other departments, modifying price agreements, product and progr am analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Product Line reviews for our strategic accounts, (buying groups and home centers), in conjunction with sales which includes new product development assessments , pulling sale s by sku for analysis , customer presentation s , program documentation . Coordinate in product selection and development, with the objective of providing customers with a product assortment that is both current in styling and competitive in pricing while driving growth in sales.

  • Responsible for creation of all mock ups /displays, reports, and presentations for each product line review or as needed by sales partners.

  • Responsible for all details of the Buying group convention or Home center managers meetings. This includes the event schedule, hotel arrangements, dress attire for samples, management and sales team.

  • Order all samples that will be on display during the shows while coordinating with the sample merchandising manager. Order all furniture, fixtures, el ectrical, schedule riggers and installation crew of material. Participate in set up and all show hours.

  • Collects Buying group sample orders received at the show. Create and manage ship list for new samples and displays and coordinates entry with Customer Service.

  • Manage all new product rollouts for each account including labeling, SKU and/or UPC information, private label details, in coordination with Shaw marketing, Sample Merchandising managers, product development, sales and the customer.

  • Work closely with sample merchandising managers and outside suppliers to develop samples, sample type sets , sample labels, display vehicles or integration of new samples in existing displays with a design that drives sales while creating ease of use for our sales team and retail sales associates.

  • Coordinate with marketing, training and media teams to have room scenes developed specifically for our customers, videos shot and edited, P.O.P. materials developed , ebooks detailing all products, programs, any selling sheets webinars and flyers. This will be a cross functional process where this role will work with experts to generate trending room scenes, photography videos, and market copy , etc.

  • Develops and maintains pricing information for each Strategic Account . For buying groups, in Salesforce.com to ensure accurate and effective use by the sales field. Responsible for all aspects of pricing communication and execution, including updates for Strategic accounts systems and Shaw internal systems.

  • Responsible for managing the sample inventory for each Strategic account within targeted guidelines and maximizing growth potential .

  • Responsible for creating and management of all monthly and yearly sample bud gets reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for customers, sales and senior management.

  • Organize, manage and assign the sample spec process based on knowledge of current account programs. Establish all product specification information; ensure all data streams are correct entered/communicated into the mainframe database; maintain and communicate any corrections or changes to that specification to all internal and external customers and vendors .

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the customer business practices, customer brand standards, customer product set-up requirements both internally and externally, as well as customer operational deadlines and internal business requirements.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with outside vendors in product, sample development, specification, and pricing that d rives results of rollouts while holding each functional area accountable; grow relationships with key contacts by maintaining positive, productive relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Create products lists including drop lists for each account. Maintain confidential paperwork including contracts, pricing and rebate information. Maintain a store listing for each national account. Maintain all buying group and/or ho me center documenta tion in Showpad for Sales and internal use.

  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience for these important National accounts. Coordinating mill tours, product line reviews or other customer visits.

  • Attends and participates in product development, sample inventory and drop meetings.

  • Responsible for managing the sample inventory for the Strategic Account group within targeted guidelines and maximizing growth potential versus the annual sample budget for the Strategic Account division.

  • Takes on projects to improve business with little guidance needed and be able to coordinate across various levels of organizations.

  • Key contact for Home Center or Buying group account

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills and ability to utilize relevant technology – proficiency in Office productivity software, proficiency in Shaw systems including Vista, QlikView, Salesforce, InfoView , Microsoft package.

  • Proven ability to deal professionally and confidently daily while building collaborative relationships with internal and external customers at various levels in the organization.

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, take initiative, meet deadlines and honor commitments.

  • Superior customer service skills; Display consistent use of clear, concise written and spoken communication skills and show strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to think through problems to identify root cause issues and solutions .

  • Ability to travel to corporate events, PLR’s , conventions and store training throughout the US .

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
