JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Growth and Provider Analytics will be the primary point of contact for physician and advanced practice provider compensation. The Manager will serve as an analytical resource for provider contracts, clinic operations, and market data. The incumbent will work closely and collaborate with Practice Management, Legal, Human Resources and Risk Management to ensure provider contract compliance and sustainability. The incumbent will collaborate with medical staff, practice operations, leadership, and human resources to manage any new provider and practice onboarding. The Manager will assist in project management related to clinic improvement and strategic growth opportunities. The incumbent will support identification of gaps, variation, and duplication of services within the EMH system of Care. Experience ï‚· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Paralegal Studies or other related field. ï‚· Five (5) or more years’ experience as a, Financial Analyst, Healthcare Project Manager or Strategy Analyst or completion of a Healthcare Administrative Fellowship Program ï‚· Masters in Health Administration may substitute for experience
