DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for performing both semi-skilled and skilled tasks across a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Your duties will span both indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring the safety and upkeep of the buildings and grounds for residents and staff. You will also serve as a lead worker, overseeing semi-skilled workers as assigned. Additionally, you will assess the necessary supplies and equipment for each task while determining the appropriate safety and security measures required. Your work will be vital in maintaining the integrity, safety, and functionality of our facilities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs. This position is considered essential during weather and other emergency events. Travel and overtime may be required as needed. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C driver's license.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
