**Job Duties/Position Summary: Assists with technical support to loan officers and system users for the Banks loan platform system and its interface to Jack Henry. Compares loan worksheets to loan documents to verify accuracy of information. Reviews note and supporting documents for all loans. Responsible for booking of loans made within the Bank; and performing maintenance on all loan accounts. Submits online general ledger entries for loan proceeds, fees and recording items. Assist with training of all new loan officers and staff on the Banks loan system. Provides a high level of customer service; and ensures compliance with Banks policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills; and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professionalism. Excellent customer service skills.

**Preferred: College degree. Two or more years banking experience. Loan and/or loan documentation experience.
