The Electrician Apprentice Program is designed for employees wanting to enter the electrical profession. Will be expected to become proficient in the following areas: troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain equipment and systems, operate machinery, understand electrical systems, proficient use of all tools related to the trade, and possess good communication skills. Will establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Work schedule: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3am. Will be flexible and will rotate between all of the maintenance schedules. Overtime is expected. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Wage starts at $30.08/hour plus shift differential. ($62,566 per year) before any overtime, shift differential, and production bonuses. Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Learn to maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot all electrical systems, equipment, and facilities]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Possess the necessary skills and aptitudes required to operate maintenance tools and related machinery]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Able to operate facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Must be willing to attend any training necessary to upgrade performance]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Must be willing to work overtime as necessary]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

**Qualifications

• [Experience as an Electrician Apprentice or Technical School setting is preferred, but not required]{arial",="" sans-serif;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
• [High school diploma or GED equivalent required]{arial",="" sans-serif;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

• [Must maintain a current Hampton PIT authorization and First Aid/CPR certification]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
