Job Description

Facilitates five to ten record checks daily through NCIC, ICIS, Judici (Illinois) record systems. Places information into formatting used in the criminal history section of Presentence Investigations. Completes informal and post Presentence Investigations, utilizing the above record systems. Utilizes NCIC, ICIS daily to prepare Pretrial Reports/Bond Reviews (initial appearances) for morning court hearings across the entire District Court system, and conducts bond reviews on incarcerated individuals per the court's request. This includes maintaining a list of cases incarcerated with Pretrial Release w/Supervision that have bonds established.

Monitors EDMS daily for Pretrial Release w/Supervision Orders - open and closes Pretrial Release w/ Supervision cases in ICON. Maintains list of cases on Pretrial Release w/Supervision monitoring court progress, including closing cases when warrant or court actions resolved. Performs backup to clerical functions such as data entry, mail sorting and EDMS. Conducts NCIC record checks on all cases discharged from supervision or entering the residential programs. Collects DNA Data and enters the information in the statewide database. Performs NCIC record checks on new employees, volunteers. Monitors the sharing and storage of NCIC information. Supports inclusion and diversity in all dealings with clients, employees and community members.

Hours: Variable 0630-1500

Minimum Qualification Requirements
