Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our container management and racking warehouse system. In this role, you will manage and process containers and racks, including cleaning, sorting, and repairing. You will be based at either our East Moline or Davenport locations, depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities
Operate washing machines to clean plastic totes, including loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and scanning.
Stand for the entire shift with frequent bending, but no heavy lifting required.
Work on process lanes to handle inbound containers and racks, including removing manufacturer tags and using a hand-scanner.
Repair large plastic containers using hand drills and screwdrivers, standing for the entire shift.
Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, read paperwork, and ensure correct containers are shipped.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Essential Skills
6 months of recent labor or forklift experience.
Ability to pass a forklift driving test.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work 10 hours of overtime and on Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment
You will be working in a new warehouse built in 2023 due to expansion from the Davenport facility. The work environment is fast-paced and maintained at a comfortable temperature, with frequent cleaning to ensure a tidy workspace. You will be part of a team of 10 employees and one supervisor, with shifts available as follows: 1st Shift (M-F 6a-2:30p), 2nd Shift (M-F 2p-10:30p), and 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs 9:30p-6a). Note: The first day of training and orientation will be held in East Moline on 1st shift, starting at 7am, which may take up to 3 days.
