Adecco US, Inc. Store Warehouse Manager in Davie, Florida

Adecco is looking for a Store / Warehouse Manager

Minimum 2 years experience to work for an Air Conditioning distributor. The Store / Warehouse is located in Broward County, FL. This position is a Perm placement.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Open Store & Warehouse.

  • Close Store & Warehouse. Verify all doors are closed and locked. Set up the alarm system.

  • Ensure Sage is closed on store, counter and office manager workstations.

  • Training, supervision, assigning responsibilities and providing feedback to team members.

  • Training and supervision of new team members.

  • Assign workloads and daily tasks to team members

  • Ensuring high level of customer service on the counter and delivery customers.

  • Ensure good store conditions. Cleaning, all tools available, shelf and racks with products.

  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Report out of stocks

  • Report inventory differences. Do inventory count. Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

  • Dealing with customer requests.

  • Interviewing, hiring, disciplining and dismissing team members.

  • Recommend team member or members performance appraisal.

  • Create and control team members’ schedules. Approve timecards.

  • Overseeing receiving, picking and dispatching procedures. Ensure all team members compliance with operations procedures.

  • Communicate with customers regarding shipping, receiving and any issue.

  • Upload on Sage inventory receptions.

  • Ensure inventory and storage areas clean and maintained.

  • Report any maintenance or tool needs.

  • Monitoring and supervising team members to ensure safety procedures.

  • Maintaining adequate level of supplies to ensure operations continuity.

  • Develop and submit to approval store and warehouse procedure.

  • Submit warranty parts or supplies to vendors. Follow Vendor procedure to credit or new item for warranty.

  • Keep on track maintenance for Van, forklift or any other equipment.

  • Report any new product request from Customer or buying trend.

  • Giving recommendations for new products or discontinued items.

  • Report damaged, shortage or overage deliveries from vendors.

  • Conciliate cash box.

Profile:

  • Strong experience in air conditioning business.

  • Experience in Store management and warehouse.

  • Good knowledge on Inventory.

  • Teamwork oriented

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Manage under pressure

Schedule:

  • 8.5 hours weekly days (7:30 AM – 5 PM / one hour for lunch)

  • 2 Saturdays by months from April 15th to end of October (8:30 to 12 PM)

  • PTO’s during low season October 1st to April 15th.

  • Work overtime when it is necessary.

Offer:

  • Monthly bonus according to gross profit (1%)

  • Annual bonus according to sales (0.1%)

  • PTO’s:

  • 5 days until 3 years

  • 10 days from year 4 to year 9

  • 15 days from year 10

  • Major national holidays: New year day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, December 25th.

  • Friday after thanksgiving is free and paid.

  • Profit Sharing (401K)

  • Other recognitions for sales achievement, hard work, etc.

Pay Details: $68.00 per year
