Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a PFAS Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The PFAS Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their respective laboratory. They will be a subject matter expert and work with Departmental Supervisors to manage sample throughput to ensure turnaround times are met while maintaining data quality that meets or exceeds industry standards. This individual will oversee 8 direct reports. This induvial most be comfortable with growing the team and the company. This individual will be an expert in per and polyfluoroalkyl substances. The PFAS manager will come to the lab in Dayton NJ 5 days a week.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or science-related field

5+ years of laboratory management experience

Subject matter expert in inorganic/organic environmental chemistry

Experience having direct reports

PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) experience

Experience with Methods EPA1633 537, 533 (drinking water). Screening methods (8327, 8421). CIC-1621 internal combustion (flourine ionization) null
