Facility:Behavioral Health Center - DaytonDepartment:Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapy ServicesSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Manager, supported by and in collaboration with the Service Line Director, Division Chief, and Outpatient Medical Director helps develop, implement and evaluates plans for quality patient care, customer service, budgetary compliance, and comprehensive staff management of the department which serve pediatric patients. The Manager has authority, responsibility and accountability for the daily planning, organizing and directing of all aspects of patient care within the Department.
This position will be managing current resource programs and enhancing these programs to align with the hospital’s strategic initiative. This will involve providing universal behavioral health and social needs screening processes within the organization and with our community partners. This project strives to improve the thoroughness and quality of service delivery to the children and families we serve. Seeking a strong leader to head this program and someone who is familiar with change management processes, so they can efficiently lead staff in the adoption of workflows and processes. Developing strong, positive working relationships in the community and within the hospital. Must possess effective communication and time management skills. Efficient in managing program metrics and outcomes needed for reports to our funders and partners is a crucial aspect of this position. This position is part of the community behavioral health team which supports outpatient psychiatry programs including the psychiatry clinic and day treatment programs located at Dayton, Springboro, and Troy.
