As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for the sub-assembly and final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic fundamentals and logic, the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, and have experience using hand and small power tools. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities * Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production. * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components. * Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components. * Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions. * Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories. * Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies. * Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems. * Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Cross-train to support other product lines as needed. Skills and Abilities * Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. * Technical Competencies: Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them to customer needs.
