Radiance Technologies, Inc. Foreign Cyberspace Analyst in DAYTON, Ohio

Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated engineer or scientist to serve as a foreign cyberspace analyst. The candidate will work on an analysis team to develop all-source intelligence assessments on actual or potential foreign cyberspace threats, capabilities, actors, doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, strategy, employment (current and future), and dependencies that threaten U.S. and allied air and space operations. The candidate is expected to assess system associated behaviors, operations, subsystems, and components, including the development of hardware system block diagrams. The overall assessment is expected to be consistent with foreign design philosophy and the available intelligence data. The candidate will be required to implement minor enhancements to non-proprietary threat system models and tools.

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with emphasis in Science Technology Engineering Math -- (STEM Preferred) or related field.

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

  • Knowledge of offensive cyber techniques and capabilities.

  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with team members.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to succinctly describe complex technical scenarios in simple, easily understood terms.

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

     

Required Experience:

  • Three or more years of experience in basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts.

     

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Foreign weapon system analysis experience.

  • Understanding of cyber impacts on military hardware and software.

  • Understanding of cyber and electronic warfare convergence.

  • Experience using C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Simulink, or other programming languages.

  • Experience with vulnerability research and analysis

  • Experience with software reverse engineering

  • Experience supporting US Government S&TI Centers, especially the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)
