Who We Need Sabel Systems is seeking an individual with a passion and interest in launching a career in consulting with clients and implementing Digital Engineering Technology solutions. Under the guidance of our Solutions Architect team, the individual will be coached in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software management and support Air Force organizations to install, configure, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter and work with ancillary Digital Engineering technologies. Following a minimum apprentice timeframe (typically 12-24 months) and a proven track record of successful project implementations the opportunity for promotion to Solutions Architect will be presented. The position requires an individual with excellent written and verbal skills who can work within a multi-disciplinary Agile development team. What You'll Do Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Providing end-users with rapid, multi-channel access to support resources. Quickly resolve most reported user deficiencies at time of "first contact." Process account request (System Access Request) and administration of accounts in a timely manner. Install, Configure, and Maintain Teamcenter solutions Train and mentor customers/users in Digital Engineering and improve their proficiency with the tool Communicate and collaborate with end-users to resolve technical issues related to AF-PLM Process and analyze incident reports from ticketing system Document aspects of the solution Develop instructional end-user documents and technical documents using MS Office products Conduct CAD Checks after translation to identify anomalies Support working groups Prepare and proof reports (briefings/documents) Other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Required Certified to meet DoDi 8570 IAT Level 2 certification or above (e.g., Security +) or able to complete certification within two months of hire. Desire to learn more about PLM software, database management, infrastructure, and networks Commitment to the company for 2 years in return for training (voluntary separation within that time window results in a pro-rated pay-back of training investment Preferred- One or more of the following: Understanding of PLM concepts and practices Experience with other Digital Engineering technologies Expertise with software configuration Expertise with network management Expertise with Help Desk practices Expertise with database management Understanding of software development lifecycle / agile Must be able to obtain National Agency Check with Inquires (NAC-I) (basic background investigation for clearance to support Federal work) Support up to 20% travel in a base year (training will be online but there may be travel to instructor-led training; to gain practical experience there may be travel to gain experience with Solution Architects at the client site) US Citizen For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
