Metrology Technician will properly operate all inspection systems (gear inspection systems and linear dimensional measurement systems etc) and provide routine maintenance of lab instruments, reference master artifacts and lab environmental control systems.

Consistent adherence to GMS Calibration Lab policy, procedures, and work instructions in accordance to ISO 17025 standards and GMS established procedures.

Timely execution of the GMS Master Production Schedule pertaining to specific area of responsibility – delivering a quality product and solution on-time is the most important promise and responsibility to the Gleason customer.

Timely execution of calibration, alignment and qualification tasks for in-production analytical gauges, functional gauges, and control upgrades
