Motivating swimmers of all ages to be great in a positive way; Planning and implementing seasonal plan for the Tiger (INCLUDING DRYLAND), Hammer and Lemon Shark groups; assisting with other groups as needed; administrative duties such as meet entry, social media postings, email communications and newsletters; attending staff meetings as scheduled; attending swim meets locally and out of state (Indiana and Kentucky mostly) 2-3 per month; attending Sharks' Team functions (Banquet, JO Party, etc.); assisting in recruiting and attending swim clinics at local summer league pools in the area (June-July only)
